Shipping
All goods are packaged with love + care and plastic free!
All pricing listed is in New Zealand Dollars.
As we carry a number of larger items, shipping for all orders is determined by a combination of volumetric and physical weight. If your item is oversized, we will contact you by email to arrange payment of the difference before shipping your order.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, between 10 am and 5 pm. Once we have received & packaged your order and it has been assigned to a courier, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can track your order online. You should receive your parcel within five working days of receipt of order. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if you have not received shipping confirmation from us at orders@wearenomad.nz.
Currently we are only shipping goods within New Zealand. Please note that we are unable to ship goods to a P.O. Box. Therefore, all orders need to provide a physical address for delivery.
Please allow a couple extra working days when ordering larger or specialty items or when shipping to a rural address.
Returns and Exchanges
We at NOMAD TRADING COMPANY value the quality of the products offered and the delivery methods used. If for any reason you are not happy please contact us immediately. If the product is faulty we will gladly replace the product. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. If the product happens to be out-of-stock despite your completed order, we will refund your money or offer you a credit if you cannot wait. If you change your mind, exchanging goods is at the discretion of NOMAD TRADING COMPANY. We require proof of purchase to return or exchange the product. Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If the product has been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will contact the courier company directly to sort out any claims. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
